SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

ICETECH'08 is providing an opportunity for organizations to showcase their capabilities to leading specialists in the marine offshore industry. Organizations are offered the opportunity to sponsor conference events in one of the three following Polar Classes. Funds are in Canadian Dollars.

Polar Gold Sponsors Will Receive:

Exclusive sponsorship of one of ICETECH'08's premier events—Icebreaker Reception, Fun Night, or closing Banquet. This includes a speaking opportunity and direct company promotion.
Opportunity to participate in the opening Plenary Session.
Two complementary registrations (this does not include hotel accommodations).
Web site visual promotion in the Polar Gold Class box on the ICETECH'08 home page.
A link from the ICETECH'08 Sponsors page to the Company's home page.
Visual promotion in advance of and throughout the conference through—promotional signage and email acknowledgement of sponsorship. All conference literature and emails sent to promote the conference will include sponsor recognition.

Cost of Polar Gold Sponsorship - $6,000

Polar Silver Sponsors Will Receive:

Exclusive sponsorship of one of ICETECH'08's conference luncheon events. This includes a speaking opportunity and direct company promotion.
Recognition at the opening Plenary Session.
One complementary registration (this does not include hotel accommodations).
Web site visual promotion in the Polar Silver Class box on the ICETECH'08 home page.

Visual promotion in advance of and throughout the conference through—promotional signage and email acknowledgement of sponsorship. All conference literature and emails sent to promote the conference will include sponsor recognition.

Cost of Polar Silver Sponsorship - $3,000

Polar Bronze Sponsors Will Receive:

Exclusive sponsorship of one of ICETECH'08's conference coffee breaks.
Recognition at the opening Plenary Session.
Web site visual promotion in the Polar Bronze Class box on the ICETECH'08 home page.

Visual promotion in advance of and throughout the conference through—promotional signage and email acknowledgement of sponsorship. All conference literature and emails sent to promote the conference will include sponsor recognition.

Cost of Polar Bronze Sponsorship - $1,000

Proceeds from sponsorship assist in the organization of ICETECH'08, and include sponsorship of a specific coffee break or minor event at which the Polar Bronze sponsor will be identified.
