We anticipate between 150 and 300 abstracts to be accepted with up to three concurrent sessions over the three days of the conference.

Authors are requested to submit an abstract of 300 to 400 words using the ICETECH-08 Abstract Submission Form (Word Doc). Note that this abstract is a summary of the paper rather than the short abstract which will go at the head of the manuscript.

Papers

Following acceptance of the Abstracts, authors will be asked to submit the full manuscript using the ICETECH-08 Manuscript Template (Word Doc).

All manuscripts will be reviewed by at least one expert reviewer, and changes, if required, will be requested by May 20, 2008 and final manuscripts due by June 20, 2008.

In general, presentations will be limited to one per registrant, except for presenters of plenary papers who may also present one technical paper.
